Software account problems?

Hello,

Just wondering if anybody else was having an issue. Out of the two new emails I received about new accounts one does not work.

The e5.onthehub.com gives me this error when I try and go to the link:
Error
No active matching account was found to complete the registration. Please see Help for more information.

This would be for the VMWare account.

I'll look into this. Are you using your email address as the account name?
I setup your accounts using the email address that is on my roster.

Yes, you were both marked as inactive for some reason. Your accounts are now active.
Try again.

I am using link in the email that was sent to me.
